This is an adjustable Billet Timing Gear for various VAG engines with 111 cylinder heads that allows accurate adjustment via angular division and displays perfect craftsmanship.
The gears are completely milled from solid aluminum.
This ensures maximum radial and axial true-running accuracy.
Features:
– Accurate adjustment via angular division (allows for documentation)
– We use high-strength aluminum, so no running-in marks of the timing belt occur even after high mileage
– All-aluminum design to minimize rotational weight
– High-strength, self-locking Ripp Lock screw connection 10.9
– Heat-treated steel pins for maximum reliability
– Aluminum anodized to prevent corrosion
– Gear features original TDC (Top Dead Center) markings

Compatible with Super-Torque Timing Belts with 128 teeth. This makes it perfect for all Polo 86C facelift models. If you want to install it in a different model, you have to convert the water pump, timing belt and crankshaft sprocket as well.
VW reference numbers:
– Timing gear crankshaft with 26 teeth: 030 105 263 C
– Water pump: 030 121 005 LX
– Timing belt with 128 teeth: 030 109 119 A
– Hex bolt crankshaft M14 x 1.5 x 47 mm: N 902 928 02
This Timing Gear is also essential after cylinder head facing, as the engine timing has to be reconfigured.
It is also compatible with different 111-cylinder-head models, such as Polo 6N or Golf 3 (Please compare number on your timing gear: 030 109 111 B, 030 109 111 J, 030 109 111 G – only 8V)
